Return Policy — NovaTech
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Since we work with international fulfillment partners, our return process is designed to resolve issues quickly without requiring you to ship items back in most cases.
30-day window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to report an issue and request a resolution.
How it works
To start the process, contact us at novatechgamingstore@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a video clearly showing the problem (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
We'll review your case and let you know within 1–3 business days whether it's approved, and whether the resolution will be a refund, a replacement, or a reshipment.
In most cases, you will not need to physically return the item — we'll resolve the issue based on the evidence provided. If a physical return is required for your specific case, we'll provide instructions at that time, including who covers the shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos or video so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be unused and in the condition you received it (except in cases of damage or defect, which we resolve regardless of condition upon report).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless defective or incorrect:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the fastest option is to request a refund for your current order, and place a new order separately once the refund is confirmed.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. To exercise this right, contact us at novatechgamingstore@gmail.com within that period. Refunds under this right follow the same process described above.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at novatechgamingstore@gmail.com.
